Crisp and strong, dry and clear. Finished product after two distillations, without resting.
Minimum 60 days and maximum 11 months in oak barrels. Toasted colour and milder flavour than white tequila.
Aged for one to two years in oak barrels. It has a darker colour than reposado tequila and a distinctly woody flavour.

To understand…
The word comal is used in Mexico and Central America to refer to a traditional cooking vessel used as a griddle.
Shredded chicken, tomato and chipotle chilli sauce. Originally from the state of Puebla, it is always eaten as a filling.
Sauce originally from Puebla that is used to accompany various dishes. It contains bitter chocolate, ancho chilli, pasilla chilli, chipotle, tomato, almond, banana, walnuts, sultanas, sesame, cloves, cinnamon, parsley, pepper, onion, garlic and corn.
Made with tomatillo, habanero chilli and coriander.
Smoked and seasoned chilli with great flavour.

Differences between totopos and nachos

Tortilla chips are fried corn tortillas used to accompany dips, guacamole or beans, and nachos are tortilla chips with beans, grilled cheese and Valentina sauce.
